Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unused, to be eligible for a return.

Yes, you can return most items if you change your mind. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty (ear cuffs are accepted). Returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted.

PRODUCT

We use recycled 925 sterling silver as the foundation for all our pieces, plated in 18k gold. This means you get the look and feel of fine jewellery at an accessible price, without compromising on quality or sustainability.

We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising. Prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, saltwater and sweat can affect the gold plating over time and reduce the life of your pieces.

With proper care, our 18k gold plating is designed to last. The lifespan depends on how often the piece is worn and how well it's looked after, avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions and chemicals will significantly extend it.
