Shipping & Delivery
Processing & Order Cut-Off Times
All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed before 7pm on a working day or Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 7pm, on a Sunday or on a UK bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
This applies to both standard and express shipping — express means faster delivery, not instant dispatch. An order placed Sunday evening on express will leave us Monday morning.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
United Kingdom
Standard Shipping — FREE Evri · Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Shipping (Order before 7pm) — £4.50 Evri · Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Please note: express shipping guarantees faster dispatch and delivery aim — but timescales are subject to Evri's service and cannot be 100% guaranteed. Express orders placed after 7pm or on Sundays will be dispatched the following working day.
European Union
Standard Tracked Shipping (5-13 Days) — prices already reduced for EU customers — £11.99 Evri International · Estimated delivery: 5–13 working days
Delivery times vary by country. Western Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy) typically arrives in 5–8 working days. More distant EU destinations such as Greece may take up to 13 working days.
We ship to all 27 EU member states with full end-to-end tracking.
All EU product prices are automatically reduced by 20% at checkout. Import VAT will be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery — this brings your total cost in line with UK prices. VAT rates vary by country (typically 17-27%).
Here's an example:
- UK checkout price: £54.00 = product price including VAT
- EU checkout price: £43.20 = product price excluding VAT (20% already deducted)
- VAT paid on delivery: ~£10.80 (charged by your local customs)
- EU total: £54.00 = same as UK 🎉

Important notice — from 1 July 2026: New EU customs regulations will introduce a flat €3 customs duty on all parcels entering the EU from non-EU countries including the UK. This is an EU government charge, separate from VAT and separate from your shipping fee. We will update our checkout accordingly when this comes into effect.
United States

Priority Tracked Shipping — £21.99 Evri International Priority · Estimated delivery: 5–9 working days
No additional customs fees will be charged unless your order exceeds $800 in value. The vast majority of our orders fall well below this threshold.
Canada
Standard Tracked Shipping — £14.99 Evri International · Estimated delivery: 9–12 working days
Orders may be subject to Canadian customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by the Canadian Border Services Agency and are the responsibility of the customer.
Australia
Standard Tracked Shipping — £13.99 Evri International · Estimated delivery: 7–13 working days
Priority Tracked Shipping — £17.99 Evri International Priority · Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days
Orders may be subject to Australian customs duties and GST upon arrival. Imports under AUD $1,000 are generally GST-free but we recommend checking with the Australian Border Force for the latest rules.
Rest of World

Tracking Your Order
All orders include full tracking. Once dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received your tracking email within 1 working day of placing your order, please check your spam folder first then contact us at ajewelleryw@gmail.com.
Delays & Issues
Once your parcel is with Evri, delivery timescales are outside our control. Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays and severe weather.
If your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbours and any safe places first. If your parcel appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with Evri on your behalf.
Important Notes
- We do not dispatch on Sundays or UK bank holidays
- We cannot amend a delivery address after an order has been dispatched
- PO Box addresses are accepted for UK orders only
- AJW London is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To request a return, please fill in our return request form below. Once submitted, we'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Postage Please note that we do not offer free return postage labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items All earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless faulty (we do accept returns on ear cuffs). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at ajewelleryw@gmail.com
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
